Easy Tiramisu: presentation

Tiramisu is a dessert of Italian origin that is already very present our recipe. It may seem complicated, but it is a very easy recipe. The secret of its taste and creaminess is in the combination of coffee and amaretto liqueur with which the biscuits and the eggs and the cheese beaten with sugar are wet. The touch of pure cocoa is a true wonder.

  • 500 g  cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 g of biscuits
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 125 ml of coffee
  • 40 ml of almond liqueur (amaretto)
  • Pure cocoa

  •  To prepare this easy tiramisu, first separate in two pockets the whites and the yolks of the eggs.- Add half of the sugar to the egg whites and beat with the blender until they are snowy. Reservation.
  • Add the rest of the sugar to the yolks and, without needing to clean the bars, beat until whitened and the grains of sugar are not appreciated. Add a few tablespoons mascara cheese and beat until blended. Repeat until all the mascara cheese is integrated.
  • Incorporate the whites gradually and mix with wrapping movements until finish with all the whites and obtain a spongy and soft cream. If you try it now, you will see what a delicious taste. Get ready that we’re not done yet.
  • Pour the coffee without sugar and the almond liqueur in a bowl. Dip the biscuits  quickly and one by one and leave them on the tray (mine measures 16cm x 26cm), side by side, to cover the entire base. Party biscuits if necessary to cover all spaces. Spread half of the cream that you have prepared with cheese and eggs over the biscuits. Smooth’s the surface well.
  • Place another layer of wet biscuits in the coffee and cover with the rest of the cream. Leave the surface as smooth as possible. Cover the fountain or mold with a kitchen film and store it in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours until it seats or overnight.
  • Remove the film carefully. With the aid of a strainer, sprinkle with pure cocoa the entire surface of the tiramisu. If you want to present your cake nicer, clean the entire edge of the tray. Now your easy tiramisu will be beautiful and delicious. Take advantage!
